In this role, you'll drive best-in-class paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, helping us grow our brand presence while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and scalability.

## Description

As our Social Advertising Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that support both brand and commercial objectives. You'll work closely with Brand, Content, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure we're making the most of every opportunity across our paid social channels., * Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

 * Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
 * Use tools such as Google Analytics, Smartly, and platform reporting tools to analyze and improve campaign effectiveness.
 * Support brand-building initiatives through innovative paid social strategies and creative experimentation.
 * Identify and test new ad formats, creative concepts, audience strategies, and channel opportunities.
 * Manage end-to-end creative workflows for paid social assets, including UGC content and creator collaborations.
 * Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
 * Drive operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions.
 * Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends, and paid social best practices.
