## Description

Intégré au sein d'une équipe et détaché sur le site client (secteur public), vous êtes amené à réaliser les missions suivantes :

 - Installation de matériel
 - Réception et traitement des incidents, demandes sur votre périmètre (poste de travail, périphériques, salles de visioconférence, ...)
 - Diagnostic et résolution d'incidents
 - Escalade au niveau supérieur si besoin
 - Mise à jour de l'ITSM et de la base de connaissances
 - Gestion du stocks (suivi des entrées/sorties de matériels, ...)
 - Réaliser les inventaires

Environnement technique : OS Windows, MacOs, Office 365, SCCM, TeamViewer, TCP/IP
