Identifier les tendances et récurrences d'incidents

 - Identifier et suivre certaines catégories d'incidents
 - Garantir l'application du processus de gestion des problèmes au quotidien
 - Prioriser les problèmes en fonction de leur impact métier
 - Animer les comités de revue des problèmes
 - Organiser les investigations techniques
 - Suivre les plans d'actions
 - Proposer, calculer, présenter et suivre les KPI liés aux problèmes
 - S'assurer que les analyses de causes racines (RCA) sont effectuées et que les problèmes sont correctement créés, documentés et résolus
 - Arbitrer et prioriser les problèmes selon leurs impacts sur l'organisation
