SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE You should have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, along with a solid understanding of enterprise integrations and solution delivery. Knowledge of the following areas will be especially valuable: * Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud * Salesforce Field Service * Salesforce-to-SAP integrations * Apex, APIs, security, data, testing, and deployment concepts, * Experience with multinational industrial, manufacturing, automotive, energy, field service, or supply chain customers. * Knowledge of SAP SD, order-to-cash, pricing, logistics, or product configuration. * Experience with Overcast/Vigience or similar enterprise platforms. * Salesforce or program management certifications. * Experience scaling programs across countries or business units. * Professional Spanish communication skills. ## Description You'll work closely with customers and local teams in Madrid while coordinating distributed Salesforce and SAP resources across Europe, India, and the United States. We're looking for someone who understands Salesforce well enough to confidently participate in functional, technical, and architecture discussions while keeping teams aligned and delivery moving forward., * Serve as the main point of contact for customers, executive stakeholders, and delivery teams. * Build trusted relationships through regular collaboration with customers and local teams in Madrid. * Lead project governance, status reviews, workshops, steering meetings, and escalation discussions. * Coordinate Salesforce and SAP teams working across different countries and time zones. * Keep multiple workstreams aligned around priorities, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes. * Guide engagements through discovery, solution design, integration, testing, go-live, and stabilization. * Participate confidently in Salesforce functional, integration, and architecture conversations. * Identify delivery or technical risks early and help the team make clear, practical decisions. * Support knowledge transfer, training, adoption, and change management. * Help prepare programs to expand across additional teams, business units, or countries. * Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support Mavence's growth in Europe., Mavence is a digital transformation and enterprise software consulting company.
