## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in large ERP transformation programs.
 * Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
 * Solid background in enterprise architecture, system integrations, and data migration within multinational organizations.
 * Good knowledge of ALM, security models, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and enterprise integration patterns.
 * Ability to challenge business requirements and make strategic architectural decisions balancing business value, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in the Madrid office. We are also open to considering 1 day every two weeks for the right candidate.
 * An international working environment where English is the official working language.

## Description

As a Solution Architect, you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, defining the end-to-end architecture of a complex Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem. You will drive architectural decisions across multiple applications, integrations, and stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.

 * Define the end-to-end functional and technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
 * Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap assessments to identify standard functionalities, customizations, and integration needs.
 * Promote Microsoft best practices, minimizing unnecessary custom developments and ensuring long-term maintainability.
 * Design data migration strategies, master data models, and data governance approaches.
 * Define integration architecture using APIs, event-driven architecture, ETL, messaging, and other enterprise integration patterns.
 * Design security models, role-based access, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
 * Define environment strategy, ALM processes, deployment pipelines, and testing approaches.
 * Lead cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentor cross-functional teams, and collaborate with implementation partners and business stakeholders.
