Hola, estoy buscando a alguien con experiencia en informática para evaluar y resolver un problema que tengo en mi ordenador.El equipo se enciende, pero el sistema operativo no inicia correctamente y parece haber fallos de software que afectan a varias aplicaciones.Necesito diagnóstico remoto o presencial, según convenga, con la capacidad de reinstalar el sistema si es necesario y recuperar datos si fuese posible.Valoraría que sepa trabajar con Windows y/o macOS, y que pueda explicar las soluciones de manera clara.Preferible experiencia con antivirus, limpieza de malware y optimización de rendimiento.Por favor, comenta tu disponibilidad, tarifas y si cobras por hora o por tarea.En cuanto al horario, puedo adaptarme a las tardes entre semana.
