What We Are Looking For Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Several years of experience in IT application management, digital workplace, or similar environments.
Experience with: Microsoft Windows Enterprise applications such as Adobe Reader Experience managing cross-functional IT projects and third-party suppliers.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Understanding of software lifecycle and configuration management.
Experience communicating with business stakeholders and senior management.
Knowledge of .
NET environments is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.

## Description
