Experteer Overview In this role you guide large-scale Workday HCM transformations for top international clients, aligning HR solutions with business goals.You work within the Accenture Workday Practice to deliver integrated, cloud-based HR outcomes and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape delivery through AI-enabled approaches, and contribute to pre-sales and knowledge assets.This is a chance to influence how organizations work and adopt next-gen technology at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Oversee end-to-end Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations - Manage (senior) client stakeholders, engagement financials and overall delivery quality for Phase 1 and/or Phase X - Leverage processes, tools and assets to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget - Coach and mentor consultants to advance their capabilities - Participate in (pre-)sales cycles to grow Workday client engagementsResponsabilidades - End-to-end Workday implementation responsibility (Phase 1 and/or Phase X) - Experience in Workday program and project management across at least 2 delivered engagements - Stakeholder, resource, financial management, PMO and quality management experience - Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions - Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with strong analytical/problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Fluency in EnglishRequisitos principales - Flexible working hours and remote work - Extensive education programs and development opportunities - Volunteering and global career opportunities - Diverse and socially active workforce - Global network of colleagues - Career path customization based on aspirations
