And if you have any of these, even better * Experience working within the Financial Services sector, with preferred understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle including quote, policy administration, claims, underwriting or customer servicing platforms, and of delivering quality engineering within regulated environments. * Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner across complex enterprise applications. * Knowledge of API, integration and microservices testing within distributed systems architectures. * Experience of line management within a technology or engineering function, developing individual and team capability through coaching, mentoring and performance management, while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and quality outcomes. ## Description This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at a pivotal time as we continue to invest in our technology estate and engineering capabilities.
