You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team., As Test Lab Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring VodafoneThree's Fixed Network Test Labs are ready to support the future of connectivity. You'll lead the operational management, capacity planning, solution design, and delivery of our test lab environments across Bracknell and Watford, helping teams test, validate, and launch network services with confidence.
