## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will enable data-driven decision making by extracting actionable insights from large datasets, building pipelines, and presenting findings through clear visualizations. You will investigate data quality and lineage, design automated data movement processes, and apply advanced analytics including ML/AI to drive operational improvements. You will develop operational reporting and Tableau dashboards, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders. You will join the Data, Insights & Workforce Management team and influence senior decisions while mentoring junior analysts.
