What You'll Bring * A proactive, solutions-focused approach. * Excellent stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. * Strong organisational and documentation skills. * A passion for delivering excellent customer support and service. ## Description 167 Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a global organisation seeking an experienced IFS Support Analyst to join their technology team on an initial 6-month Outside IR35 contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex enterprise environment, supporting business-critical IFS Cloud applications used across multiple international locations. You'll play a key role in supporting users, resolving technical issues, maintaining system performance and contributing to ongoing enhancements. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, you'll help ensure the stability, performance and continuous improvement of the organisation's ERP platform. Key Responsibilities * Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the IFS ERP platform. * Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. * Support IFS Cloud configuration, administration and ongoing maintenance. * Manage user accounts, permissions and security within IFS. * Support business users across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Service Management functions. * Analyse system issues and identify root causes. * Work closely with development teams on bug fixes and enhancements. * Assist with upgrades, patches and new IFS Cloud releases. * Support integrations between IFS and third-party applications. * Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. * Participate in testing, change management and deployment activities. * Provide guidance and training to end users where required.
