## About the Role

* Looking for builders at heart with experience in Python and some familiarity with LLMs.
 * Nice to have: customer experience or previous founder experience, preferably in startups.

Technical Stack

 * Mainly Python (FastAPI, Postgres), hosted on GCP with Kubernetes; front end uses TypeScript and Next.js.
 * Utilizes OpenAI and Gemini for LLMs, Deepgram for speech-to-text, and 11 Labs for text-to-speech., * Preferably with 5-10 years of experience, ideally in startup environments or with diverse backgrounds.
 * Background in finance or customer-facing roles is a plus; flexibility in technical degree requirements.

Pain Points

 * Previous recruitment efforts with agencies and AI platforms have not met expectations.
 * Struggles with finding candidates who can commit to five days in the office.

Cultural Fit

 * Looking for candidates not optimizing for work-life balance; must be comfortable with an office-centric work culture., * 5 - 10 years of experience in full- stack software engineering (backend- leaning) and AI product development

Work experience:

 * Building and shipping AI products end- to- end. Meaningful, hands- on experience with agentic systems, not just general ML or data science backgrounds.
 * Early- stage startup experience (Series A or earlier)

Hard skills
