This work involves the development of broadly applicable, high-impact solution patterns and open-source software assets that contribute to the Microsoft platform. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive high-impact engineering projects with our customers and their partners, transforming their missions using AI and other cloud-based solutions and services. TPMs identify and define the relevant customer scenarios, orchestrate the engineering approach to address these, and develop the end-to-end user stories with internal and external stakeholders, fulfilling the Product Owner role. You will be part of a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, technical program managers, and designers who work side-by-side with high-impact and strategic customers and their engineers to build innovative solutions. Responsibilities * You will partner with Software Engineering, Data Scientists, Designers, and SMEs to design complex technical solutions across feature areas. You'll also give key stakeholders data-driven recommendations based on identified risks. * You'll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing multiple feature areas for highly complex cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across the business. * You will deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups across divisions, track project schedules, drive development of staging and implementation plans, and lead governance programs. * You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
