## Description

* Support the creation and delivery of test solutions within a defined work package area, ensuring that the solution meets all stakeholder requirements across performance, cost and schedule.
 * Capture, analyse and mature stakeholder needs, associating priority, interest and influence to determine the optimum technical approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
 * Design and development of electronic hardware solutions across the full design lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through to integration, verification and qualification.
 * Produce high-quality design documentation and technical reports, ensuring configuration control and compliance with relevant standards and processes.
 * Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with other elements of the programme.
 * Contribute to the resolution of emerging technical issues by proposing and driving through robust solutions, escalating more complex risks and supporting the identification of opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
 * Develop, coach, mentor and upskill engineers within the wider engineering community, promoting best practice in electronic design.
