* We're seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. You'll thrive in this role if you:
 * Have experience managing learner or student data within a Management Information System (MIS).
 * Have knowledge of data management, funding compliance or statutory returns, ideally within further or adult education.
 * Can accurately manage learner records, ensuring data is complete, compliant and audit-ready.
 * Have experience coordinating examinations or assessments and understand awarding body regulations and examination procedures.
 * Are confident producing reports, analysing data and identifying discrepancies to support informed decision-making.
 * Can build positive working relationships with colleagues, learners, employers and external organisations.
 * Are highly organised, able to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm during busy assessment and funding periods.
 * Have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.

We're looking for a Data Administrator and Exams Officer to join our dedicated team at Aldridge Adult Learning on a part-time basis, 30 hours. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting adult learners by ensuring the accurate management of learner data, funding compliance and the smooth delivery of examinations and assessments.
