## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide hands-on technical leadership for the integrations between Mark43's core platform and mission-critical third-party systems. You will shape architecture, oversee complex delivery, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product and other tech teams to deliver reliable APIs and data workflows. The position is hybrid in Manchester, combining strategic direction with hands-on work on distributed systems that empower public safety operations. You'll drive reliability, security, and performance across mission-critical integrations, partnering with global teams to align with technology and business goals.
