## Description

* Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den stabilen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der SAP EWM-Lösungen im Application Management Service (AMS).
 * Technische Beratung und fachliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Servicethemen einschließlich Change Request Management, Fehleranalyse und Systemoptimierung.
 * Proaktive Identifikation der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen - von der Analyse und Gestaltung von Transportprozessen bis hin zur Implementierung und Support.
 * Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anpassungen im SAP TM-Umfeld basierend auf Best Practices.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams, Übernahme
