* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung der HCM-Module Abrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
 * Erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung der SF-Module Employee Central, Recruiting und Compensation wünschenswert
 * Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Betreuung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der SAP HCM-Module Abrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
 * Analyse, Design und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen in den genannten Modulen
 * Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Konfigurationen entsprechend den Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen
 * Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie des reibungslosen Betriebs der Systeme
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Fachabteilungen, um deren Anforderungen technisch umzusetzen
