Hands-on experience is a plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn are essential. * Experience with product and business event tracking - including defining business events, understanding product flows, and identifying the signals that drive meaningful analytics. * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and an interest in applying them to build and iterate on data pipelines, models, and analytics products more efficiently. * Great knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts. * Proficiency in Python for analytics and statistics. * Experience building or contributing to customer-facing data products is a plus (embedded analytics, data APIs, or AI-based self-service tools). * Strong communication skills and commercial awareness - able to simplify complex insights, prioritize based on customer and business impact, and manage diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Finance. * Experience in fintech domains - such as payments, PSPs and checkout is a plus. * Fluent in English; German is a plus. ## Description Data is at the core of how we build products at ablefy - not only to guide our own decisions, but also as a value we deliver to our customers. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping both our internal analytics and the customer-facing data products we bring to market. This includes delivering business-critical insights and reports, working on our AI-powered self-service analytics agent and the intelligence layer that powers agentic, data-driven product recommendations for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and deliver end-to-end data projects.
