## Description

* Beratung von internen HR-Fachbereichen bei der Weiterentwicklung, Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
 * Analyse, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Standardisierung, Datenqualität und digitale Innovationen innerhalb der HR-Systemlandschaft
 * Konfiguration, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central sowie angrenzender HR-Prozesse
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister, Implementierungspartner und Entwicklungsteams
 * Planung und Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Wissenstransfermaßnahmen für interne Stakeholder
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an strategischen HR-Digitalisierungs-, Transformations- und Change-Initiativen
