Software, IT-Ressourcen und zugehörigen Verträgen  
 - \*\*IT-Service & Wissensmanagement:\*\* Planung und Durchführung interner Workshops, Erstellung von Anleitungen und Dokumentationen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer IT-Service-Prozesse  
 - \*\*Projektarbeit:\*\* Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme und Umsetzung von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich IT-Service

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

 

- \*\*Qualifikation:\*\* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, IT-System- oder Informatikkaufmann/-frau) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service/IT-Support  
 - \*\*IT-Kenntnisse:\*\* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich (u. a. Notebooks, Drucker, Smartphones und Tablets) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-Umgebungen, insbesondere Active Directory, Windows Client und Windows Server Idealerweise bringen Sie zudem Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie ITIL mit  
 - \*\*Arbeitsweise:\*\* Ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich  
 - \*\*Kompetenzen:\*\* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Organisationsgeschick runden Ihr Profil ab  
 - \*\*Sprachkenntnisse:\*\* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift  
 - \*\*Reisebereitschaft:\*\* Bereitschaft, unsere Teams gelegentlich an anderen Standorten in Deutschland zu unterstützen
