 * nehmen Systeme der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik in Betrieb
 * setzen Methoden der Projektplanung, -durchführung und -kontrolle ein
 * beheben Störungen durch den Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen
 * administrieren informations- und telekommunikationstechnische Systeme
 * präsentieren Systemlösungen
