 - Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation)
 - Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
 - Relevante Zertifizierungen wie Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate o.ä. sind von großem Vorteil.
 - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Betrieb, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Cloud-Infrastruktur und Installation unserer Software (Patches und Migrationen): Nutzung von Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Methoden zur Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Cloud-Infrastrukturen.

 - **Überwachung und Management der Cloud-Infrastruktur: **Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit und Kostenkontrolle (FinOps)
 - **Analyse und Behebung von Incidents und Problems (3rd Level Support): **Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen und Beratung dieser, Behebung von Problemen nach ITIL-konformen Prozessen.
 - **Störungsmanagement und SLA-Einhaltung: **Behebung von Problemen nach ITIL-konformen Prozessen. Sicherstellen, dass Service Level Agreements (SLAs) eingehalten und Serviceerwartungen erfüllt werden.
 - Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungskonzepten (z. B. IaC, CI/CD): Verbesserung und Standardisierung der Installationsprozesse für die DHC VISION Software.
