 * Dich treibt echte Faszination für KI jenseits der ChatBots. Deine Eigeninitiative zeigst du durch stetiges Ausprobieren und eigene Projekte; Neugier und Drive zählen für uns mehr als Titel
 * Du kannst Komplexes verständlich machen und Menschen dort abholen, wo sie stehen; auch beim Einstieg "Ich habe noch nie mit KI gearbeitet"
 * Du bringst Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Geduld mit; besonders im Umgang mit KI-Einsteigern
 * Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast Lust, in einem neuen Setup Verantwortung zu übernehmen
 * Deutsch fließend (mindestens C1), Englisch sicher für KI-Fachliteratur und Tools
 * Grundverständnis oder Interesse an Product-Owner-Methodik; PSPO/CSPO sind ein Plus, kein Muss
 * Nice to have: Erfahrung in Erwachsenenbildung oder als Workshop-Facilitator, technisches Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, Kenntnisse zum EU AI Act
