* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.

 * 5+ years of professional experience in Systems or Software Engineering, Testing, or Equipment Engineering.

 * In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle methodologies, architectural frameworks, and MBSE principles.

 * Hands-on experience in requirements management and system modeling using IBM DOORS and Cameo.

 * Background in system architecture (defense or high-complexity non-defense domain) alongside experience in R&T (Research & Technology) initiatives.

 * Strong analytical mindset, proactive collaborative spirit in international team environments, and fluent English skills.
