## Description

* Erster Ansprechpartner für interne Anwender bei IT-bezogenen Fragestellungen und Störungen
 * Annahme, Analyse und Dokumentation eingehender Tickets per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Bearbeitung und Lösung von Standardanfragen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * Fehleranalyse sowie Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd bzw. 3rd Level Support
 * Benutzerverwaltung sowie Unterstützung bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Ausgabe von IT-Equipment
 * Pflege von Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts und internen Projekten
