Cloud-Integration: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Verwaltung von hybriden Identitäten und Diensten mit Azure sowie Entra ID

Support & Betrieb: Bearbeitung von 2nd-Level-Supportanfragen sowie die systematische Lösung von Changes und Problems gemäß ITIL-Standards
