 * Be an early applicant, In dieser Rolle als Supporter (m/w/d) in der IT Abteilung bist Du für die Ticket-Annahme, Inventarisierung und für den Aufbau und die Installation von Clienthardware und Peripheriegeräten verantwortlich. Dabei erstellest und pflegst Du die Dokumentationen sowie die Anleitungen für Endbenutzer. Die Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-technischen Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich., * Du unterstützt Anwender bei Fragen rund um Windows, Office und interne Anwendersoftware
 * Je nach Erfahrungslevel: Du betreust Windows-Server-Umgebungen, VMware-Infrastruktur und Azure-Cloud-Dienste
 * Probleme analysierst und behebst Du eigenständig
 * Du übernimmst die Inventarisierung und sorgst für eine saubere Dokumentation
 * Die Benutzerverwaltung im Active Directory und weiteren Systemen liegt in Deinen Händen
 * Installation und Einrichtung von Client-Hard-/Software sowie Peripheriegeräten gehören für Dich zum Alltag
 * Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich ist ein Nice-To-Have
