 * Erstellung und Pflege von Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. mit Catch2)
 * Optimierung und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Fachliche Führung und Mentoring von Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwickler:innen
 * Durchführung von Pair-Programming-Sessions
 * Technischer Ansprechpartner bei komplexen Fragestellungen
