Systemlandschaftsbetreuung: Mitarbeit bei der Administration, Installation und Wartung der SAP-Systemlandschaft, inklusive S/4HANA und Solution Manager

Monitoring & Betrieb: Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit und -stabilität durch proaktives Monitoring sowie Performance-Analysen der SAP-Systeme

Technischer Support: Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie die Durchführung von Troubleshooting im 2nd und 3rd Level Support

Lifecycle Management: Planung und Durchführung von System-Upgrades, Releasewechseln sowie der Einspielung von Patches und Support Packages

Prozessoptimierung: Durchführung von Backups/Restores, Erstellung von Systemkopien sowie die Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung
