* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Technologieumfeld.
 * Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an operativen Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
 * Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
 * Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung, Continuous Improvement oder Operational Excellence von Vorteil.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365, sind wünschenswert.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

Werden Sie Teil von CYTENA als Project Engineer Operations (m/w/d) und spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Operationsbereiches und in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung., * Leitung und Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, Supply Chain und Qualität.

 * Steuerung von Industrialisierungs-, Produkttransfer- und New Product Introduction (NPI)-Projekten.
 * Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessänderungen sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Überführung in die Fertigung.
 * Identifikation und Realisierung von Prozessverbesserungen im Sinne von Operational Excellence und Continuous Improvement.
 * Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Projekten inklusive Stakeholder- und Risikomanagement.
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und dem ERP-System (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
