 * Analyse und Optimierung interner Geschäftsprozesse
 * Ansprechpartner für Fachabteilungen bei ERP-relevanten Fragestellungen
 * Durchführung von Systemanpassungen und Konfigurationen
 * Planung und Begleitung von Updates und Releases
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Auswertungen und Benutzeranleitungen
 * Schulung und Support der ERP-Anwender im Unternehmen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
