kontinuierlicher Verbesserung  
 - Unterstützung der PI-Plannings, Abstimmung teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten und Zusammenarbeit im Agile Release Train (ART)  
 - Beseitigung von Hindernissen, Überwachung agiler Kennzahlen sowie Förderung von Built-in Quality, Test Driven Development (TDD) und Continuous Integration  
 - Begleitung der agilen Transformation als Change Agent sowie Schulung von Teams und Stakeholdern in SAFe-Praktiken  
 - Unterstützung bei System Demos, Innovations- und Planungsiterationen (IP Iteration) sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit

 

Ihre Qualifikationen

 

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung  
 - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in skalierten agilen Umgebungen (SAFe)  
 - Zertifizierung als Scrum Master sowie gültige SAFe-Zertifizierung sind zwingend erforderlich  
 - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean-Agile-Methoden sowie im Agile Release Train (ART)  
 - Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Coaching- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Change Management  
 - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
