* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM)
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen
 * Kenntnisse in Authentifizierungs-, Autorisierungs- und Verzeichnisdiensten von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen wünschenswert
 * Grundkenntnisse in der Automatisierung und Skripterstellung, z. B. mit PowerShell
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
 * Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
