* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
 * Alternatively, PRINCE2-certified
 * Minimum 5 years of experience managing international IT projects
 * Experience with Identity Management, Cybersecurity or secure government solutions
 * Knowledge of PMI PMBOK, Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery
 * Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud Infrastructure, PKI and Enterprise Integration
 * Strong leadership and communication skills
 * Excellent stakeholder management
 * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
 * Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
 * Customer-focused and well organized
 * Ability to thrive in international environments & willingness to travel
 * Excellent English skills

## Description

* Lead international Identity Management implementation projects from initiation to final acceptance
 * Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality
 * Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
 * Act as the main contact for customers and government organizations
 * Lead project governance, reporting and Steering Committee meetings
 * Identify and mitigate project risks
 * Manage customer expectations and contractual commitments
 * Ensure successful project delivery according to PMI PMBOK standards
