## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or 3+ years in a Technical Support Engineering role
 * Strong understanding of electrical theory, AC/DC power systems, metering, energy flow, power factor, and phase rotation
 * Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues involving multiple variables (metering, communications, distributed generation/storage preferred)
 * Proficiency with Linux command line (SSH, SCP, VI) and comfort learning proprietary systems quickly
 * Experience with SQL, Python, or AI tools is beneficial
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain complex technical topics clearly
 * Strong case management discipline: prioritization, detailed documentation, and follow-up
 * Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
 * Fluent in English and Italian
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
 * Genuine curiosity for energy products and willingness to go deep on new technology

## Description

* Own and resolve technical cases from internal engineering, technical, and field service teams via ticketing, email, and live chat
 * Troubleshoot proprietary power electronics systems, metering, communications, and supporting components
 * Use CLI tools (Linux, SSH, SCP, VI) to connect to devices, pull logs, and edit configurations
 * Read and interpret single-line diagrams for PV, storage, load, and meter configurations
 * Handle VIP and corporate white-glove escalations with urgency and precision
 * Partner with engineering teams on root cause analysis (RCA) and emerging issue tracking (JIRA)
 * Document cases thoroughly and identify process or knowledge gaps to improve training and resources
 * Deliver internal and external upskilling/training sessions
