## About the Role

* Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen Erfahrung in agilen IT-Projekten, der Umsetzung regulatorischer Themen sowie in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams \n
 * Als Product Owner begleiten Sie agile Softwarelösungen über den gesamten Lifecycle bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Mit der Softwareentwicklung mit Python sowie der Anbindung und Nutzung von GenAI-Services sind Sie vertraut. \n
 * Sie bringen ein gutes Verständnis für Commercial Banking/strukturierte Finanzierungen und das aktuelle technologische Marktumfeld mit. Idealerweise sind Sie bereits mit der KfW Bankgruppe und dem Geschäftsmodell der IPEX vertraut. \n
 * Komplexe Sachverhalte vermitteln Sie adressatengerecht, vernetzen interne und externe Beteiligte und arbeiten auch in wechselnden Projektteams souverän und verbindlich. \n
 * Mit unternehmerischem und strategischem Denken, hoher Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägtem Gestaltungswillen treiben Sie Veränderungen voran; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab. \n
