* Betreuung des EDV-Netzes und Pflege der Server
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Controlling von IT-Projekten
 * Second / Third Level Support über ein Ticketsystem via Remote und Vor-Ort-Betreuung
 * Beschaffung, Konfiguration, Betreuung und Wartung von Hardware und Software für das gesamte Unternehmen
 * Integration neuer Systeme und Lösungen
 * Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleister (primär Deutsch, gelegentlich Englisch)
 * Verwaltung von systembezogenen Zugriffsrechten
 * Dokumentation der gesamten IT-/ Benutzerstruktur
 * Projektbetreuung
