## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the macOS expert within a high-performance enterprise tech team, diagnosing and resolving endpoint challenges at scale. You will support and mentor technicians, escalate complex macOS issues, and design solutions to boost uptime, reliability, and user productivity. The position blends hands-on troubleshooting with long-term systems thinking to deliver visible improvements across the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize end-user computing and adoption of best practices.
