You will support and mentor technicians, escalate complex macOS issues, and design solutions to boost uptime, reliability, and user productivity. The position blends hands-on troubleshooting with long-term systems thinking to deliver visible improvements across the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize end-user computing and adoption of best practices.
