## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you act as the first point of contact for IT queries, delivering prompt support and great user experiences. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows/Microsoft Office issues while guiding users clearly and maintaining ticket logs. You'll escalate more complex problems to higher support levels and contribute to a knowledge base. You'll work in a collaborative, training-focused environment that supports your IT career growth. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to technologies and build strong problem-solving and communication skills.
