Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products in Scopely's Forge team, shaping creative workflows for mobile games.You will collaborate with engineers, designers, producers and artists to translate ideas into production-ready AI solutions that impact multiple game teams.You'll drive architecture, build with LLMs and agents, and ensure reliable, scalable systems that improve creativity and operational efficiency.This is an opportunity to push AI-driven creativity at scale within a globally connected gaming studio.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own AI products and services lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement * Build production-ready AI applications leveraging LLMs, agents, orchestration frameworks and cloud technologies * Prototype rapidly to validate ideas with users and scale successful experiments * Partner with Creative, Production and Engineering teams to translate workflows into AI solutions * Drive architectural decisions and uphold engineering standards * Contribute to design reviews and propose thoughtful technical trade-offs * Ensure solutions are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable through testing, versioning, permissions, and monitoring * Foster a collaborative engineering culture by sharing knowledge and raising standards Responsabilidades * 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems * Hands-on experience shipping products end-to-end * Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks or automation platforms * Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud services and modern development practices * Ability to move quickly through ambiguity while maintaining a high engineering bar * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams * Pragmatic mindset focused on solving real user problems and delivering business impact * Passion for applying AI to improve workflows, creativity and operational efficiency Requisitos principales *
