## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will help design, implement, and optimize high-quality software and embedded solutions across Linux, Windows, and device platforms. You will lead efforts on low-latency network tech, wireless interfaces (BLE, NFC, UWB), and secure communications while aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver robust systems. You'll drive performance improvements and engineering best practices in a mid-senior, technically hands-on capacity. This position offers on-site collaboration at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN with opportunities for growth and impact on global products and technologies.
