Experteer Overview In this role you will design and implement production-grade backend services and AI-enabled data systems to power advanced applications. You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to build scalable, reliable data pipelines and AI-driven solutions. You'll set standards for AI safety and observability in a regulated context while mentoring junior engineers. This position emphasizes practical software engineering, data lifecycle handling, and delivering robust systems at scale.
