Experteer Overview In this hands-on SR CRM Platform Tech Lead role, you anchor the CRM engineering squad, turning complex business needs into scalable, deliverable solutions. You work in the trenches with the team, guiding technical delivery and setting coding standards while championing an AI-first mindset. You'll mentor engineers, drive sprint commitments, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals. This role offers the chance to shape CRM capabilities at scale and influence GTM technology transformations.
