Experteer Overview As Senior Manager, you will lead the System Modeling & Design Simulation organization to create predictive models and simulation tools that evaluate future robotic architectures and guide engineering decisions. You will shape the strategy for modeling, simulation, and design optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and accelerate product development. You drive through-put, capacity planning, and performance forecasting to inform roadmaps and engineering investments. Your leadership enables a culture of analytical rigor, innovation, and technical excellence.
