Experteer Overview In this role you lead an AI-native engineering squad in Austin, shaping how agents are used in production and ensuring high-quality, secure software delivery. You work across time zones with the EMEA anchor team to align strategy, governance, and delivery. You stay hands-on by guiding agent-enabled development and by setting clear quality gates. You coach engineers from coding to directing and validating agent-generated work, driving an impactful AI-driven engineering culture.
