## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and build Robinhood's core identity and access platform, enabling secure, scalable access for employees, services, and AI-enabled workloads. You will lead architecture across Tier-0 infrastructure, collaborate with Infrastructure, Data, and Security teams, and shape governance for non-human actors. This is a high-impact opportunity to advance secure, automated access at scale and to influence the company's identity strategy. You'll work at the intersection of security, platform engineering, and innovative AI governance to enable cross-functional teams to move fast safely.
