Preferred Qualifications + Experience with electric heating technologies, thermal systems, HVAC, industrial process equipment, or industrial controls. + Knowledge of UL, CE, CSA, or related compliance standards. + Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, temperature controls, and industrial automation. + Experience supporting OEM customers. + Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms. + Experience with custom-engineered industrial products. We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional results. ## Description Sales & Business Development + Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and end users. + Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. + Generate and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. + Conduct customer visits, presentations, and application reviews. + Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines. Customer & Technical Support + Partner with customers to understand thermal process, heating, airflow, controls, and performance requirements. + Evaluate customer specifications, operating conditions, and application constraints. + Provide technical guidance and recommendations on heater selection, system integration, and control strategies. + Support sales teams through customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions. + Collaborate with engineering teams on product development and custom designs. Project Management + Coordinate customer projects from quotation through production and delivery. + Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial communications. + Monitor project milestones, schedules, and customer expectations. + Ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to manufacturing and customer support.
