## Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a senior member of the design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product direction, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring user-centered solutions to life., * Lead the end-to-end design process from user research to final UI design and implementation support.

 * Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
 * Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
 * Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
 * Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers.
 * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
